3.What size should I order if I am not sure the sizes?

4.Will I get completely the same shoes with the pictures shows on your website?

We promise a completely same shoes to you.

5.Do you have a secure server? Am I safe submitting my private information to you over the Internet?

Yes, you are absolutely safe. Because we possess our own internet server which is extensively tested against security exploits. And you can also pay by Paypal which allow you to send money without sharing financial information.

6.Do you charge for shipping and sales tax? And do I have to pay the customs duty?

7. How much shipping fee will be charged for each order? and Is there any tax?

8.How long time I can expect to get my shoes? And how do I track my order?

Our usual shipping time is 5-7 days (free delivery). And we can also provide other faster shipping service if you would like to pay the extra fee. We will email you the tracking number and website after sending out the parcel. Our customer service will also update the tracking details for you timely.

9.What if I am not available on my delivery date?

After two failed delivery, your parcel will be return to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.

10.Can I exchange or return the shoes if they are not fit?

Yes, we are glad to accept your exchange or returning. Please email us about the unfit in 48 hours after receiving the shoes.

11.Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Generally speaking, we will send out all orders within 24 hours after we receive it. So we just accept order canceling in 24 hours from creating it.
